HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days. For orders in Canada, transit will take an additional 2 to 4 business days.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK!

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, the courier may lose an order. If the tracking number still doesn’t work within a few days, contact the carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER!

Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days. Transit will take 2 to 4 business days for orders in Canada.
